Statute Text
Authority to require fingerprints.
For the purpose of requesting a state or nationwide criminal records check
under ORS 181A.195, the Oregon Health Authority may require the fingerprints of
a person who is:
(1) Applying for
a certificate, or a renewal of a certificate, under ORS 688.640 or 688.650; or
(2) Under
investigation by the authority under ORS 688.655. [2023 c.199 §4]
