Statute Text
Certification requirement. (1) It is unlawful for any person to act as a hemodialysis technician without being certified by the Oregon Health Authority. (2) It is unlawful for any outpatient renal dialysis facility to authorize a person to act for it as a hemodialysis technician without being certified by the authority.
