Statute Text
Enforcement and inspections.
The section manager of the Radiation Protection Services Section of the Oregon
Health Authority shall enforce the provisions of ORS 688.405 to 688.605. The
section manager, or a designee of the Board of Medical Imaging, shall conduct,
under the direction of the board, inspections in furtherance of the purposes of
