Rulemaking; executive director. (1) The Board of Medical Imaging shall adopt rules that are necessary to carry out the provisions of ORS 688.405 to 688.605 and 688.915. (2) In adopting rules, the board shall act with benefit of the advice of the Attorney General of the State of Oregon. (3) The board may appoint and fix the compensation of an executive director subject to ORS 240.245 and include reimbursement for actual and necessary travel expenses incurred in the performance of the duties of the director.
