Inspection of massage facilities and other premises. Upon complaint about a massage facility or the premises on which a massage therapist practices massage, the State Board of Massage Therapists or its authorized representative may inspect the massage facility or premises in order to determine whether the massage facility or premises meet the standards set by order of the board under ORS
