Statute Text
Penalties.
(1)
Violation of any provision of this chapter is a Class A misdemeanor.
(2)(a) In
addition to any other sanctions authorized by law, the Oregon Board of
Naturopathic Medicine may impose a civil penalty not to exceed $5,000 for each
violation of any provision of this chapter, or of any rule adopted by the
board.
(b) Civil
penalties imposed under this subsection shall be imposed as provided in ORS
