Statute Text
Application for examination; fee.
Any person who wishes to practice naturopathic medicine in this state shall
make application to the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine for an
examination for a license to practice naturopathic medicine. The application
shall be filed with the board not less than 20 days before the date of the
examination upon blanks provided by the board. The applicant shall pay to the
board the appropriate nonrefundable examination fee. [Amended by 1983 c.281 §1;
