Statute Text
Discrimination by Director of Oregon Health Authority against naturopathic
physicians prohibited.
The Director of the Oregon Health Authority may not discriminate between
licensed naturopathic physicians and any other person authorized by law to
render professional services that a licensed naturopathic physician may render,
when such services are required. If the Oregon Health Authority is responsible
for paying for such services, the services shall be paid for in the same manner
and under the same standards as similar professional services. [1993 c.366 §2;
