Statute Text
Execution of reports of live birth and death.
Licensees under this chapter are authorized to sign
reports of live birth and death. Reports signed under this section shall be
accepted as fulfilling all the requirements of the laws of this state dealing
with such reports. [Amended by 2001 c.526 §7; 2013 c.366 §79]
