Statute Text
State Board of Chiropractic Examiners Account. All moneys received by the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners under this chapter shall be paid into the General Fund in the State Treasury and placed to the credit of the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners Account which is hereby established and such moneys are appropriated continuously and shall be used only for the administration and enforcement of this chapter and ORS 676.850 and 676.860.
