Statute Text
Compensation and expenses of board members; rules.
(1) A member of the State Board of
Chiropractic Examiners is entitled to compensation and expenses as provided in
ORS 292.495. The board may provide by rule for compensation to board members
for the performance of official duties at a rate that is greater than the rate
provided in ORS 292.495.
(2) Such per diem
and mileage, and other incidental expenses necessarily connected with the board
shall be paid out of the account of the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners
