Statute Text
Discipline procedure; review of board orders.
(1) Where the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners
proposes to refuse to issue a license, or proposes to revoke or suspend a
license, opportunity for hearing shall be accorded as provided in ORS chapter
183.
(2) Judicial
review of orders under subsection (1) of this section shall be in accordance
with ORS chapter 183. [1971 c.734 §131]
