Statute Text
Discrimination against opticians prohibited.
No official, board, commission or other agency of
this state or any political subdivision or municipality in the state shall
discriminate between dispensing opticians and any other persons authorized by
law to render professional services that a dispensing optician may render, when
such services are required. Such services shall be paid for in the same manner
and under the same standards as are similar professional services. [1991 c.904 §2]
