Statute Text
Persons ineligible for membership on board. (1) A person may not be a member of the Oregon Board of Optometry if the person is a stockholder in, or owner of, or a member of the faculty of or of the board of trustees of any school of optometry. (2) A member of the board may not be financially interested in any purchase or contract in which the board is interested. A member of the board may not be financially interested in the sale of any property or optical supplies to any prospective candidate for examination before the board.
