Statute Text
Confidential information; liability of person providing information.
(1) Any information that the
Oregon Board of Optometry obtains under ORS 683.140 is confidential as provided
under ORS 676.175.
(2) Any person
who in good faith provides information to the board shall not be subject to an
action for civil damages as a result thereof. [1989 c.438 §4; 1997 c.791 §34]
