Statute Text
Issuance of certificates of licensure; fee.
Each applicant, without discrimination, who meets the
requirements for examination and licensure and who pays the fee shall be issued
a certificate of licensure. The certificate of licensure shall continue in
force for the period established by the Oregon Board of Optometry. [Amended by
