Statute Text
(3). Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the authority
for the purposes of:
(a) Providing
grants to emergency medical services providers for innovative ambulance
programs;
(b) Funding the
state medical assistance program, including but not limited to increasing
reimbursement rates for emergency medical services transports; and
(c) Administering
ORS 682.400.
(2) Interest
earned by the fund shall be credited to the fund. [2021 c.623 §2]
