Inspection of ambulance vehicles and services; suspension or revocation of
license.
(1) The
Oregon Health Authority or its authorized representatives may at reasonable
times inspect ambulances and ambulance services licensed or subject to being
licensed under this chapter.
(2) The authority
may suspend or revoke a license if the ambulance service owner fails to take
corrective action required pursuant to an inspection of an ambulance or
