Practice of denture technology prohibited without license; use of title denturist.
Unless a person holds an active
license issued under ORS 680.500 to 680.565, a person may not:
(1) Engage, or
offer to engage, in the practice of denture technology; or
(2) Use in
connection with the name of the person the word denturist or any other words,
letters or abbreviations or insignia tending to indicate that such person is
