Practice of denture technology prohibited without license; use of title “denturist.” Unless a person holds an active license issued under ORS 680.500 to 680.565, a person may not: (1) Engage, or offer to engage, in the practice of denture technology; or (2) Use in connection with the name of the person the word “denturist” or any other words, letters or abbreviations or insignia tending to indicate that such person is engaged in the practice of denture technology.
