Penalties for violations of ORS 679.020, 679.025, 679.170 or 679.176.
(1) Violation of any provision of
ORS 679.020 or 679.025 (1) is a Class C felony.
(2) Violation of
ORS 679.170 or 679.176 is a Class B misdemeanor.
(3) In the event
of a second or subsequent conviction under subsection (1) of this section, the
court must impose a minimum sentence of 10 days of imprisonment.
(4) In any
prosecution for violation of subsection (1) or (2) of this section, it is
sufficient to sustain a conviction to show a single act of conduct in violation
of any of the provisions of this chapter and it is not necessary to show a
