Definitions for ORS 679.600 to 679.630.
As used in ORS 679.600 to 679.630:
(1) Collaborative
agreement means a written and signed agreement entered into between a dentist
and a dental therapist under ORS 679.618.
(2) Dental pilot
project means an Oregon Health Authority dental pilot project developed and
operated by the authority.
(3) Dentist
means a person licensed to practice dentistry under this chapter. [2021 c.530 §2]
