Requirement to test heat sterilization device; rules.
(1) A person licensed by the
Oregon Board of Dentistry who uses an autoclave or other heat sterilization
device in the persons practice shall test the autoclave or other heat
sterilization device at least once per week to ensure that the device is
functioning properly.
(2) The Oregon
Board of Dentistry shall adopt rules to implement this section. [2014 c.16 §2;
