Confidentiality of information provided to board; limitation of liability.
(1) Any information provided to
the Oregon Board of Dentistry as the basis of a complaint or in the
investigation thereof shall not be subject to public disclosure during the
period of investigation.
(2) Any person
who reports or provides information to the board and who does so in good faith
shall not be subject to an action for civil damages as a result thereof. [1985
