Statute Text
Automatic suspension of license in case of mental disorder. The entry of a judgment by any court establishing the mental disorder of any person holding a license under this chapter operates as a suspension of such license. Such person may resume practice only upon a finding by the Oregon Board of Dentistry that the licensee has been declared restored to mental competence by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
