Statute Text
Penalties.
(1)
Violation of any provision of ORS 678.010 to 678.415 is a Class C misdemeanor.
(2) It shall be a
misdemeanor for any person to:
(a) Sell or
fraudulently obtain or furnish any license or permit or aid or abet therein
under ORS 678.710 to 678.820; or
(b) Violate any
of the provisions of ORS 678.720. [Amended by 1953 c.254 §16; subsections (1)
