Statute Text
Board
meetings; officers.
(1) The Long Term Care Administrators Board shall meet at least once each year.
A majority of the members of the board constitutes a quorum for the transaction
of business.
(2) The board
shall select one of its members as chairperson and another as vice chairperson,
for a one-year term and with the duties and powers necessary for the
performance of the functions of the offices as the board determines. [1971
