to 678.820.
(g) In accordance
with ORS 183.330 and 676.615, adopting, amending and repealing rules that are
necessary to carry out the administration of ORS 678.710 to 678.820.
(h) Maintaining a
register of all licensed nursing home administrators and residential care
facility administrators.
(3) The office
shall consider and be guided by the recommendations of the board in all matters
