Rules
for nurse practitioners; scope.
The Oregon State Board of Nursing may adopt rules regarding nurse practitioners
that:
(1) Establish the
education, training and qualifications necessary for licensure.
(2) Limit or
restrict practice.
(3) Establish
categories and define the scope of nurse practitioner practice.
(4) Establish
procedures for maintaining licensure, including continuing education and
procedures for the reinstatement of licenses rendered void by reason of
