Statute Text
Employment of personnel.
Subject to any applicable provisions of the State Personnel Relations Law, the
Oregon Medical Board may employ consultants, investigators and staff for the
purpose of enforcing the laws relating to this chapter and securing evidence of
violations thereof, and may fix the compensation therefor and incur necessary
