Statute Text
Disciplinary procedure.
Except as provided in ORS 677.202 or 677.205 (1)(a), any proceeding for
disciplinary action of a licensee licensed under this chapter shall be
substantially in accord with the following procedure:
(1) A written
complaint of some person, not excluding members or employees of the Oregon
Medical Board, shall be verified and filed with the board.
(2) A hearing
shall be given to the accused in accordance with ORS chapter 183 as a contested
