Disciplinary authority over persons licensed or registered. In the manner prescribed in ORS chapter 183 for contested cases and in consultation with the Behavior Analysis Regulatory Board, the Health Licensing Office may impose a form of discipline listed in ORS 676.612 against any person licensed or registered under ORS
