Prohibition on operation without authorization.
(1) A temporary staffing agency
may not operate in this state without an authorization issued or renewed under
ORS 676.698.
(2) Each separate
physical location of a temporary staffing agency must obtain an authorization
under ORS 676.698. [2022 c.92 §4]
