Prohibition on use of unregistered device; rules.
(1) A person may not use a device
that is not registered with the United States Food and Drug Administration to
perform advanced nonablative esthetics procedures.
(2) The Board of
Certified Advanced Estheticians may adopt rules to carry out this section. [2021
