Exemption from certain requirements for original signatures.
(1) A transaction conducted
through a state or local system or network that provides electronic access to
the Health Licensing Office information and services is exempt from any
requirement under ORS 675.365 to 675.410, 676.560 to 676.625, 676.630 to 676.660,
