Requirement that doula, lactation counselor or lactation educator provide
culturally specific services.
(1) As used in this section:
(a) Doula has
the meaning given that term in ORS 414.025.
(b) Lactation
counselor and lactation educator have the meanings given those terms in ORS
676.665.
(2) To the extent
practicable, a doula, lactation counselor or lactation educator shall strive to
provide services that are culturally specific, as defined in ORS 413.256, to a
