Enforcement of ORS 676.110, 676.115 and 676.120. Each health professional regulatory board shall notify the appropriate district attorney of any violation of ORS 676.110, 676.115 and 676.120 that may be brought to the attention of the board. The district attorney of the county in which a violation of ORS 676.110, 676.115 or 676.120 takes place shall prosecute the violation upon being informed of the violation by a person or by one of the boards.
