Statute Text
Reciprocal license. Upon application therefor accompanied by the appropriate fees established under ORS 675.785, the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists shall grant a license as a professional counselor or marriage and family therapist if the applicant provides evidence to the satisfaction of the board that the applicant is recognized as a professional counselor or marriage and family therapist in another state in which the requirements for such recognition are, in the judgment of the board, at least equivalent to the licensing requirements of ORS 675.715 to 675.835 and rules of the board.
