Oregon
Health Authority duties regarding behavioral health care workforce investments.
(1) The Oregon Health Authority
shall coordinate with systems of higher education and with the Higher Education
Coordinating Commission in considering workforce investments under ORS 675.655
and 675.658.
(2) The authority
shall ensure that investments made in accordance with ORS 675.655 and 675.658
are aligned and coordinated with other state investments that are intended to
improve behavioral health outcomes for residents of this state, including but
not limited to investments made from moneys in the Drug Treatment and Recovery
Services Fund established in ORS 430.384. [2021 c.677 §7]
