Behavioral Health Incentive Subaccount. The Behavioral Health Incentive Subaccount is created in the Health Care Provider Incentive Fund established in ORS 676.450. The Behavioral Health Incentive Subaccount consists of moneys appropriated to the subaccount by the Legislative Assembly and gifts, grants and donations from public or private sources. Moneys in the subaccount are continuously appropriated to the Oregon Health Authority to carry out ORS 675.655. [2021 c.677 §1] Note: See note under 675.650.
