Statute Text
Continuing education; rules. (1) The State Board of Licensed Social Workers may establish by rule continuing education requirements for the renewal of authorizations to practice regulated social work. (2) The board may require applicants for renewal of authorization to practice regulated social work to submit evidence of completion of continuing education requirements as a condition of renewal in order to ensure the highest quality of professional services to the public.
