Statute Text
Reissuance of authorization to practice.
If the State Board of Licensed Social Workers has
revoked or refused to reissue or renew an authorization to practice regulated
social work, the board may reissue the authorization after one year from the
date of the revocation or the date the reissuance or renewal was refused. [1977
