Duties
of board.
The
Sexual Offense Treatment Board shall:
(1) Determine the
qualifications and fitness of applicants for certification as clinical sexual
offense therapists, associate sexual offense therapists, secondary clinical
sexual offense therapists and sexual offense therapist interns under ORS
