Statute Text
Reciprocal certification.
Upon receipt of an application and the applicable fees established under ORS
676.576, the Health Licensing Office shall certify a clinical sexual offense
therapist, associate sexual offense therapist or secondary clinical sexual
offense therapist if the applicant provides evidence to the satisfaction of the
office that the applicant is recognized as a clinical sexual offense therapist,
associate sexual offense therapist or secondary clinical sexual offense
therapist in another state in which the requirements for recognition are, in
the judgment of the office, in consultation with the Sexual Offense Treatment
Board, at least equivalent to the requirements of ORS 675.365 to 675.410 and
