Statute Text
to 675.380.
(b) Provide for
waivers of examinations, grandfathering requirements and temporary
certifications as considered appropriate.
(c) In
consultation with the board, create any committees within the board as deemed
necessary. Persons who are not board members may be appointed as nonvoting
members to serve on the committees with the approval of the board. [2007 c.841 §12;
