Definitions for ORS 675.160 to 675.178.
As used in ORS 675.160 to 675.178:
(1) Authorization
means a certificate, license, permit or registration issued by a regulated
board that allows a person to practice a regulated profession.
(2) Regulated
board means a board that is listed in ORS 675.166.
(3) Regulated
profession means a profession regulated by a regulated board. [2017 c.104 §2]
