Statute Text
Officers; quorum; meetings; records.
(1) The Oregon Board of Psychology shall select one of its members as
chairperson, and another as vice chairperson, for the terms and with the powers
and duties necessary for the performance of the functions of the offices
determined by the board.
(2) A majority of
the board constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business.
(3) The board
shall meet at least once a year at a place, day and hour determined by the
board. The board shall also meet at other times and places as specified by the
call of the chairperson, or of a majority of the members of the board or of the
Governor.
(4) The board
shall maintain records of all board proceedings under ORS 675.010 to 675.150.
(5) The board
shall maintain a register of all living psychologists licensed under ORS
