Statute Text
Investigation;
disciplinary procedure.
(1) Upon receipt of a complaint under ORS 675.010 to 675.150, the Oregon Board
of Psychology shall conduct an investigation as described under ORS 676.165.
(2) Where the
board proposes to refuse to issue a license or to impose any disciplinary
action under ORS 675.070, opportunity for hearing shall be accorded as provided
in ORS chapter 183. The board shall render its decision within 30 days after
the hearing.
(3) Adoption of
rules, conduct of hearings, issuance of orders and judicial review of rules and
orders shall be as provided in ORS chapter 183. [1971 c.734 §117; 1973 c.777 §11;
