Confidentiality of information obtained under ORS 675.070 or 675.085. (1) Any information that the Oregon Board of Psychology obtains under ORS 675.070 or 675.085 is confidential as provided under ORS 676.175. (2) Any person who in good faith provides information to the board shall not be subject to an action for civil damages as a result thereof. [1989 c.438 §2; 1997 c.791 §10; 2017 c.6 §11]
