Statute Text
Consideration of energy efficient improvements.
When preparing, completing or
issuing an opinion about the value of real property or an interest in real
property as described in ORS 674.100 (1)(b), a state licensed appraiser or
state certified appraiser shall consider improvements made to the structure of any
building located on the real property that make the building more energy
efficient. [2013 c.383 §14]
