Statute Text
Reissuance of revoked certificate.
The State Board of Geologist Examiners may reissue a certificate of
registration to any person whose certificate has been revoked if the person:
(1) Submits a
written application to the board showing good cause to justify the reissuance;
and
(2) Demonstrates
compliance with the continuing education requirements established under ORS
672.588. [1977 c.612 §20; 2019 c.125 §4]
